Due to our extensive and vast (20+ years) experience in skateparks we offer a large range of services. With projects across all states and territories of Australia and beyond. From the initial discussions of a project we can assist with site selection and feasibility, offering a report and masterplan. Deliverables include community consultation/workshops, concept plans (inc 3D renders), costings as per current industry prices and location, design development and a contract documentation package (construction plans). The latter includes a bill of quantities and technical specifications, for tender and construction. All stages are in collaboration with the client and community.

Our design and plans extends to bespoke supporting landscape infrastructure i.e. seating, shelters, balustrades etc…  To ensure the project is delivered as collectively envisioned these services extend to contract administration, utilising our qualifications in construction management and overall construction experience.

Our skatepark safety and function assessments, audits and subsequent report align and adhere to AS EN 14974:2021.  This extends to all other relevant standards/guides and our professional experience. We are regularly engaged for these inspections as per the annual review specified in the Australian Standards.
